Phenomenal. I have not had an experience so stress free and fantastic for a long time. I can tell that each employee I spoke to is proud to work at this company because of the way they talk about the excellent work they do and the success that has resulted from it. They are reassuring, confident, informative, and thorough. Even took my 2 kitties in to consideration which took stress off of things as well, and my bf was able to keep working from home while they did the job. I can't say enough good things about them and will never call anyone else for this service in the future.They had all the necessary equipment to reach my condo from out in the guest parking. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the process in detail. They were friendly, polite, and completed the job quickly but without cutting any corners. SO efficient and quite literally - A BREATH OF FRESH AIR 😉. The air quality in this place is vastly different now. Thank you, a thousand times over. Will recommend to anyone.

Chuck and Jerry were very thorough explaining every step of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Both were extremely professional and personable at the same time. My biggest concern was with my two classic BMW’s in the garage that I take very good care of. They are my pride and joy. Both Chuck and Jerry were very cautious around them and made sure to go to any measure to make sure they were untouched protected during the duct cleaning. I would highly recommend Clean Air America and even more so, Chuck and Jerry. Lastly, I was quoted a price over the phone for the work. When they got there, the work that had to be done was a little more than anticipated. Regardless, they honored the price quoted over the phone. It’s sometimes hard to come across honest and trustworthy work nowadays. Because of that I referred them to my parents as well as another friend of mine who could use the service. Overall, a very good experience and I was highly satisfied!

I've had other companies do this but they just stuck vacuum hoses down my vents. CLA connected a large vacuum hose to return after making a hole, vacuum truck on to create negative flow in HVAC and air whipped then sanitized the vents. Patched up with sheet metal and screws. Service was phenomenal compared to the previous vendor that I feel was a scam.

Chuck and David did a fantastic job of cleaning our duct work. It was never cleaned since the house was built, 30 years ago, and when we bought it, 10 years ago. They wore shoe covers while in our home and were fast abs thorough. We highly recommend!!

Great team! They’ve cleaned both our house and our business ducts. Very thorough in explaining what was to be done. Very professional and friendly. Price was very fair for all the work they put in. This was a quick easy process. They were one of the best priced companies and the service was impeccable. They were here on time, friendly, and did the job quickly. They even put protection on my walls to make sure the hose did no damage. I would recommend and absolutely use them again for future services.

A neighbor recently got their ducts cleaned by Clean Air America and they had a great experience. I decided to look into getting ours cleaned, as our houses are about the same age, and realized it was much more affordable than I had previously thought. I talked with Dan on the phone, and he was able to set up an appointment to get our ducts cleaned very quickly and painlessly. When the day of the service came, Dan called in the morning to confirm the time his team would be there. Chuck and Spencer were on time, professional, and able to answer any questions I had about the service. They noticed that our cold air return duct was not sealed, and patched the hole. The entire process took just over an hour and a half. Chuck took some before and after pictures to show the improvement, and it was substantial. I will definitely be using them when we get ours recleaned in the next 3-5 years!

Some follow up- Couple months later, I noticed that one of the vent was not cleaned. I called the office and they came out and clean the vent for us for no additional charge. Different crew (team) this time, but they were again very professional, polite and quick. Highly recommend this business!-------------------------I wish I took before picture. Our duct and vent was so dirty and gross. We bought an old house built in 1950s and I learned that the previous owner never cleaned the ducts and vent. Derek and Todd did an amazing job cleaning our duct and vent. I couldn’t be happier and I felt like money I paid was totally worth it. I am planning to have them come back and clean our HVAC, duct and vent once again after the renovation. Plus, I called 5 different companies and received quotes. Clean air America had the most reasonable price with professional service. The air duct system was clean to my satisfaction. I am very happy I found this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Chuck and Tevon from Clean Air America! My mom, a small buisness owner, recommended Clean Air America to us. Scheduling their visit was incredibly easy and they worked very hard to accommodate our tentative moving schedule. We ended up scheduling for 4/4/2022 with an arrival window between 12-3pm. They said they would call me the morning of the appointment with a more specific arrival window. On the day of the appointment they called me at 8:45 as promised to give a more narrow window of arrival between 1-3pm. They arrived at approximately 1:15pm! Chuck and Tevon introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of the process. In addition to their excellent work on our ducts, they offered me the furnace cleaning at a great rate and a referral to a company in the area to service our furnace and A/C. They also offered to replace the furnace filter for us (much needed and appreciated). These guys truly went the extra mile! The whole process took less than 2 hours and came at an unbeatable price. Chuck and Tevon were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about their craft, happily answering all of my questions as a first time home buyer. They made me feel very confident in my decision to use Clean Air America, I’m so very happy with their service! My home feels (and smells) noticeably cleaner and more pleasant. Chuck and Tevon went above and beyond to earn Clean Air America a customer for life. I would highly recommend using their services!

We moved into our home a few years ago and finally had our vents cleaned. The before and after pictures are truly amazing. I feel so much better knowing our vents and ducts are clean. From the minute they cam in the door they were very professional! They outline the details of their work and took pictures of before and after. They were up front with costs with no surprises and less expensive than their competitors. I highly and strongly recommend them. When I called them all of us were having breathing issues. We bought our house 3 years ago waiting to do this but Covid hit. As soon as they were done I felt the air feel lighter and fresher BEFORE they put the air freshener in! I will be spreading their praises far and wide! This is a must maintenance we were unaware we were to do. Our house was never done since it was built in the 50's. The animal dander was making it hard for my husband to breathe! For your health sake!

I was very impressed with the techs. I was only expecting a quote today and was pleasantly surprised they were able to complete the same day. It would have been interesting to be able to see what they got out of the ducts but I trust it was alot.
