Chuck and Jerry did an awesome job cleaning out our ducts and vents. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. Our ducts probably were never cleaned before. They showed us pictures of our disgusting ducts and vents. They also sanitized everything. The same day my husband and I noticed a huge difference in our air quality and air flow. I would highly recommend this company and these guys. We paid $675 for their services and it was truly money well spent. If you are thinking about using this company, don’t hesitate. I would definitely use them again.

Derek and Jerry showed up on time, described all the work to be done, worked around my busy family and dogs, and completed all the work in just a few hours. Also gave some good recommendations about my hvac system. Will see how the duct cleaning and the uv lamp work out but for now I can say that im very pleased and will use again.

Chuck & Spencer were very professional. Chuck provided thorough explanation of the job before beginning. Our ducts & vents had never been cleaned before so we paid the highest of the range quoted. They also sanitized and cleaned furnace area. Look forward to no allergic flare-ups after having this service performed.

Chuck and Spencer did an absolute amazing job on cleaning out our vent system. They were both kind, professional, took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way and gave my husband and I peace of mind. After recently buying this house and finding out our vents haven’t been cleaned since the house was built (which was in the 50s) was a major stressor, and it compounded on the fact that I’m due to deliver in a few short weeks. Chuck and Spencer were a god send. They even went ahead and changed the filter in our furnace. I cannot recommend the two of them enough to come and clean your vents. Absolutely giving their contact card to any of my family and friends who needs their vents cleaned. 10/10

An excellent product delivery and verbal explanation of EXACTLY what was done. The technician consultatively explained the long term benefits of breathing healthy air and shared real-time before and after pictures. (whew!!) I purchased ancillary products offerings because they were relevant and affordable. Would be remiss if I didn't mention Chuck and Spencer's high quality service. I highly recommmend Clean Air America.

Chuck and Spencer were very professional and thoroughly cleaned out ducts. It was evident that our ducts had never been cleaned in the 25 years since the house was built and the amount of pet hair/ dander was disturbing. I feel the money spent was well worth it, especially if you have allergies!

Let me begin by saying I don't normally write reviews unless the service or business really leaves an impression on me. In this case, Clean Air America truly did leave me with a wonderful experience. And I mean they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I was expecting. I called for an estimate that morning and they were able to provide it as well as able to come out within two hours due to an unexpected opening in the schedule the same day! (I may have gotten lucky due to circumstances in terms of scheduling. I don't know since this is the first time I've had my ducts cleaned, but either way it worked out perfectly). The entire process was smooth from start to finish and both Derek and Jerry were very courteous, competent (and wonderfully compassionate) during the entire visit which was completed very quickly and efficiently (which was a plus!). Honestly they were incredibly friendly and personable and walked me through everything from start to finish since I don't know anything about how air ducts work. They never pushed anything and if something wasn't necessary due to being newer, they were open with me about that, which I appreciate. I am planning on calling them again for some additional, other services in a few months since they did such a thorough job of cleaning our vents today! 😀 I've sent copies of their card to some family and friends who are also in need of having work done. If you're like me and like to read all the reviews for something before you do anything, I have to say that I finally understand why they have so many 5 star reviews. They were THAT good! 🙂

I organized dryer vent cleanings for an association of 6 townhomes. Dan was great to work with, he was so patient with all of my questions and happy to help me coordinate multiple cleanings on the same day. They were here about 2 weeks ago Very professional, very nice, and the amount of dust in my house is considerably less. They cleaned out the dryer vent as well, my clothes dry a lot faster now.Reasonably priced

Derek and Jerry cleaned ducts at my residence this past Friday. They arrived on-time and were very courteous and attentive from the start to the end. I was especially pleased to see them wearing masks and booties, I am very satisfied with their covid protocol. They did absolutely terrific job on the vent considering that they were never cleaned since house was built in1967. They were fast, efficient and very knowledgable. This service is a must for anyone with asthma. I also learned from Derek and Jerry that they have special UV lights they can install inside of your hvac that would kill bacterias circulating in your hvac and hence improving quality of the air you breath in. I will recommend their service to everyone! You guys have a great job- making someone else’s life cleaner and healthier. Thanks again for doing a wonderful job.P.S. Dan came out and cleaned and sanitized our ducts today. He was very thorough and explained the process in detail and answered every question I had. He moved quickly and efficiently. I've had ducts clean before and I will say that he went far above and beyond what I have had done by other companies. I highly recommend them!
