Chuck and Jerry were very professional. They answered all of our questions and made sure to leave the home as clean as before they arrived! All the vents were meticulously cleaned out and they made sure to show their work, before and after. Having a house built in the late 1960s, it is a huge peace of mind to get the vents cleaned out of all old construction debris and dust! They also installed a new vent cover for me while they were on site. I will recommend them to everybody looking to improve their vents and home.

This is an overlooked service, but made a difference! They opened every vent and swept the length of the ductwork. Got a lot of dust and debris from the air ducts. We have a dog too, so the return vents were full. They didn’t come with the truck they advertised, so hope it wasn’t a less effective vacuum. More expensive than quoted. The team was professional, prompt and kind. Minimal lack of attention to detail. Will be having them back every 3-5 years! 😁

Great service from start to finish. Dan came out to give me a quote to clean out our ducts that was straightforward. I decided to go with this company due to the equipment they use as opposed to some of the competitors. Additionally they are certified. It can be a daunting task to have work done in your home, so much so you may even procrastinate getting necessary items done. Procrastinate no more!!!I honestly went back and forth on what company to use trying to research the different processes. Clean Air America Inc was the absolute right choice!Chuck and Jerry live up to all the kudos in previous reviews. Both are knowledgeable, personable, thorough as they walk you through the process. Companies are only as good as their employees and workmanship in the service industry. Chuck smoothly explains the process as he does the work, assisted by his wingman Jerry. Everything was done in a timely manner and total professionalism and cleanliness were observed. I probably won't be able to express totally in this review how pleased I am by choosing Clean Air America to do this job, but I will let this statement and word of mouth be known that they are the best hands down And extremely professional doing this job. We noticed the difference almost immediately after they did the job that our air was cleaner, furnace and AC performed better and more efficient due to better flow, and the guys working (Derek and Tevin) were highly skilled, polite, professional and very hard workers which is very refreshing to see nowadays. I would highly recommend these guys and would say that we are very happy with their work and service.

I was quoted a reasonable price after checking around and scheduled the service. I received a courtesy call the day before and the crew came the next day as scheduled. Phenomenal. I have not had an experience so stress free and fantastic for a long time. I can tell that each employee I spoke to is proud to work at this company because of the way they talk about the excellent work they do and the success that has resulted from it. They are reassuring, confident, informative, and thorough. Even took my 2 kitties in to consideration which took stress off of things as well, and my bf was able to keep working from home while they did the job. I can't say enough good things about them and will never call anyone else for this service in the future.They had all the necessary equipment to reach my condo from out in the guest parking. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the process in detail. They were friendly, polite, and completed the job quickly but without cutting any corners. SO efficient and quite literally - A BREATH OF FRESH AIR 😉. The air quality in this place is vastly different now. Thank you, a thousand times over. Will recommend to anyone.

Chuck and Jerry were very thorough explaining every step of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Both were extremely professional and personable at the same time. My biggest concern was with my two classic BMW’s in the garage that I take very good care of. They are my pride and joy. Both Chuck and Jerry were very cautious around them and made sure to go to any measure to make sure they were untouched protected during the duct cleaning. I would highly recommend Clean Air America and even more so, Chuck and Jerry. Lastly, I was quoted a price over the phone for the work. When they got there, the work that had to be done was a little more than anticipated. Regardless, they honored the price quoted over the phone. It’s sometimes hard to come across honest and trustworthy work nowadays. Because of that I referred them to my parents as well as another friend of mine who could use the service. Overall, a very good experience and I was highly satisfied!

I've had other companies do this but they just stuck vacuum hoses down my vents. CLA connected a large vacuum hose to return after making a hole, vacuum truck on to create negative flow in HVAC and air whipped then sanitized the vents. Patched up with sheet metal and screws. Service was phenomenal compared to the previous vendor that I feel was a scam.

Chuck and David did a fantastic job of cleaning our duct work. It was never cleaned since the house was built, 30 years ago, and when we bought it, 10 years ago. They wore shoe covers while in our home and were fast abs thorough. We highly recommend!!

We had the craziest thing happen. We had a skunk spray outside of our intake which brought in the smell through our entire home. We couldn't even stay there. I called Clean Air America and they came the same day. They cleaned our ducts and put in a deodorizer we were able to be back in our home that night. I highly recommend them!

From the minute they cam in the door they were very professional! They outline the details of their work and took pictures of before and after. They were up front with costs with no surprises and less expensive than their competitors. I highly and strongly recommend them. When I called them all of us were having breathing issues. We bought our house 3 years ago waiting to do this but Covid hit. As soon as they were done I felt the air feel lighter and fresher BEFORE they put the air freshener in! I will be spreading their praises far and wide! This is a must maintenance we were unaware we were to do. Our house was never done since it was built in the 50's. The animal dander was making it hard for my husband to breathe! For your health sake!

Overall pleased, it was just completed today so I’m interested to see how much it helps with the dust.
